New Commercial services were engaged in April by ZTE Corporation whom are a leading global provider of both telecommunications equipment and handset devices to a well-known Telecommunications firm.

The requirement was for a full office fit out of their newly acquired premises in Kingfisher Court, Hambridge Road, Newbury. The need was to provide a seamless move to a completed project within a tight time frame of 3 and a half weeks, as their notice period was expiring.

The project involved alterations to existing partitioning as well as new partitioning to create three new offices, a boardroom, comms room, smaller meeting room and a waiting room. Whilst also undertaking a new kitchen fit out and the installation of new air conditioning systems, new power and data outlets, internal and external signage and finally the supply of new furniture, identifying and matching the Corporate red used by their main client. New Commercial Services were also on hand to undertake a range of further remedial works such as window repairs and the installation of privacy panels.

ZTE truly took advantage of our full range of services right through to asking us to organise and oversee the move from their old premises in the town centre.

As you can imagine when working to such tight timeframes it was essential for us to co-ordinate the trades and materials throughout the process, we are pleased to announce the project was a complete success and offers the ZTE employees a comfortable and efficient new place to work.
