New Commercial Services were tasked with transforming office space in a Georgian listed building into a modern 2 bedroom flat. Whilst the original layout of the building posed some interesting challenges for the team, we have successfully transformed the area into a spacious and modern apartment offering convenient town centre living.

The full refurbishment included relocating the original spiral staircase, which was previously located in what is now one of the bedrooms, as well as fully soundproofing the floor, upgrading the listed sash windows, installing a new heating system, fire system and air conditioning system.

The apartment is now light and airy, offering a perfect retreat from the bustling town centre, whilst still being surrounded by all of the amenities.

A fully fitted kitchen has been installed in the flat and finished with the highest level of workmanship. The kitchen boasts state of the art integrated appliances and an island which is perfect for entertaining.

The spacious bathroom is fitted out in luxurious grey tiles with a P-shaped bath with shower, w/c and sink.
